We want you to be completely satisfied with your Buddha Therapy purchase. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. You will also need your proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
To start a return, contact us at info@buddhatherapy.shop. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions. Please do not ship items back without first obtaining approval, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a resolution. Include photos and your order number to help us assist you quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods
- Personal care items
- Hazardous materials
If you are unsure whether a specific item is eligible for return, please reach out to us before making your purchase.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item and place a new order once your return has been approved. We do not process direct exchanges at this time.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to a location within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without needing to provide justification. The same return conditions apply: items must be in their original condition, unworn and unused, with tags and packaging intact, and you must have your proof of purchase.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit to your account.
