Processing Time

Standard orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days before shipment. Pre-orders ship on their specified release dates and are processed in the order they are received.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery

• International Standard: 7 to 21 business days

All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We may occasionally offer promotional free shipping on qualifying orders.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are sold in advance and will ship once they become available. Payment is collected at the time of purchase. You may cancel a pre-order at any time before shipment by contacting us at info@buddhatherapy.shop. If there are any delays to a pre-order release date, we will notify you by email.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package's progress. If you have questions about a shipment, contact us with your order number.

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for all purchased items transfer to you upon handoff to the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order.
